Join us for the dynamic and rapidly growing world of 3X3 basketball with our new league at CDNIS! Designed for students in Grades 2 through 12, this program offers a unique opportunity to develop fundamental basketball skills in a fun, engaging, and competitive environment.
The league features weekly sessions, each comprised of 45 minutes of dedicated skill training followed by 45 minutes of thrilling gameplay. Under the guidance of our expertly trained coaches, who have recently completed specialized 3X3 coaching certification, students will enjoy a comprehensive basketball experience that emphasizes both individual skill development and teamwork.
Why 3X3 Basketball?
3X3 basketball is not just a game; it’s an Olympic sport and one of the fastest-growing sports globally. It offers players significantly more touches on the ball, ensuring that each participant has ample opportunity to develop their dribbling, shooting, and defensive skills. The smaller team size encourages every player to engage as a guard, fostering a well-rounded skill set.
Benefits for Players:
Increased Engagement: With more frequent ball interactions, students gain confidence and improve their basketball IQ.
Skill Development: The “rebound and push” rule cultivates dribbling and decision-making skills across all players.
Enhanced Defense: The 3X3 format naturally enhances defensive abilities due to its open-court nature.
Fast-Paced Action: The shorter court allows for quicker transitions and more scoring opportunities, making the game exciting and dynamic.
Spaces are limited, so enroll your child today to ensure they don’t miss out on this innovative and rewarding basketball experience. Join us in bringing the excitement of 3X3 basketball to CDNIS and watch your child thrive in this engaging sport!

Core Pillars of Development
Our program bridges the gap between character building and athletic proficiency. We focus on four foundational traits that help athletes succeed in volleyball and in life:
Communication Skills: Mastering clear, positive, and proactive verbal and non-verbal cues on and off the court.
Team Connection: Fostering empathy, trust, and a highly collaborative community spirit within the team.
Problem Solving: Developing strategic thinking and the adaptability to navigate dynamic, high-pressure game situations.
Fearless Attitude: Cultivating resilience, a growth mindset, and the confidence to take risks and learn from mistakes.
Technical Development
While our four core pillars remain the heart of the program, we elevate athletic proficiency by focusing on three key areas of technical assessment:
Strength & Conditioning: Building the physical foundation and strength required to safely and effectively execute technical skills.
Technical Form: Utilizing varied teaching methods to help students truly understand and feel the correct mechanics of the sport.
Targeted Repetition: Providing the focused, high-volume repetitions required to turn basic understanding into locked-in muscle memory.
Continuous Assessment & Growth Tracking
To ensure measurable progress and personalized development, our program utilizes a data-driven Continuous Assessment Framework.
10-Point Metric System: Coaches systematically evaluate students on a scale of 1–10 across both the four core pillars and their technical development.
Session-by-Session Tracking: Progress is monitored during every single practice, providing real-time insights into individual growth and group dynamics.
Tailored Curriculum Design: Assessment data doesn’t just sit in a folder—it directly dictates how we plan future sessions, allowing our coaching staff to tailor drills to the specific developmental needs of the athletes.
Our Impact: This structured evaluation guarantees that every child receives the targeted, personalized support they need to build their technical volleyball proficiency and their overall character
